SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 - 7 business days to process your order. 

 

LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the “continue to shipping” button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Singapore. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

 

SELF PICKUP
Please kindly contact us via WhatsApp (https://wa.me/message/YWFX7ZIUMXB6H1?src=qr) during business hours (Mon - Fri, 9am - 9pm, except public holiday) to make your visit arrangement with us within 3 working days after your order has been confirmed. Our customer service officer will contact you via the mobile number that you provided if we do not receive any self-pickup arrangements after 3 working days from your order confirmation.

Please note that if you opt for onsite payment, the item will be reserved for 14 days and will be released if you do not visit our store for pick-up and payment within the reservation period.
